Dave, James, and Heather were all very nice and professional.  After talking to James and letting him know exactly what payments we could afford, the money we could apply to the vehicle down payment, as well as the payoff of our Nissan Quest (that had 205000 miles on it), Dave came over to talk to me. I told Dave that I would go home and discuss the pricing with my husband. We were deciding between a Hyundai Sonata and the Altima. We went to Hyundai first, and we were approved and the payments were set at what we could afford. My husband, children and I were discussing which vehicle to get. The next day, Dave paged me and left me a message letting me know that he had worked out the loan and payments that he thought we would agree with. If Dave would not have paged me and left me that message, we would have bought a Hyundai. James was very professional. My son and I were looking at vehicles and James came right out and, in a few minutes after talking about the Nissan Altima, he asked me if I would like to test drive the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle, James sat in the back asked me a few questions, then after going in side and talking to him, I went home and got my husband and came back (of course that was after we talked about a price and Dave talked to me)  James explained all the features. Heather was also very good at explaining the warranty's, gap insurance, reward program, and the loan details.We love our Altima. We travel almost 200 miles a day, so we are hoping to get GREAT gas mileage, so far we are getting around 27 miles per gallon.  I am hoping to get around 30 or so on the highway....2010 Nissan Altima

I have had my Altima for almost 2 years now and am coming up to 26,000 miles and I really pleased with both the car and the service from Tri-State Nissan. I am also very pleased with the mpg I get, I commute from Charles Town WV to Leesburg VA (approx 40 miles) and I get an average of approx 31 mpg which is great for the size of car.The service from Tri-state Nissan has been great, I phone up for the regular services, turn up it done quickly and efficiently.....great......Although I won't be changing it for a while I will certainly consider Tri-State Nissan in the future.
