Standard Features

Nissan Altima configurations come standard with the 188-hp 2.5-L 4-cylinder engine with FWD and a CVT transmission. The S trim level gets an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 28/39,* and the SV trim gets 27/37. The base trim has 16” steel wheels with covers, and the next trim level has standard 17” alloy wheels. All models have a remote start system.

On the inside, the S trim has a 7” touchscreen infotainment screen, a RearView Monitor backup camera, and Nissan Intelligent Key^® with Push Button Ignition. The standard driver’s assist features are notable and include ProPILOT Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Intelligent Lane Intervention, Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, High Beam Assist, and Intelligent Driver Alertness.

The Nissan Altima 2.5 SV includes all of the features on the base S model, but with an 8”NissanConnect^® touchscreen display and 7" Advanced Drive-Assist^® Display. The SV also has LED projector headlights. The additional driver’s assist features include Blind Spot Monitoring and Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Rear Sonar System for collision warning alerts.

SR & SR-VC Turbo

The Nissan Altima configurations go a few steps higher on the SR and SR-VC Turbo. The SR models are sport-tuned with shifters on the steering wheel and 19” aluminum-alloy wheels.

Buyers who upgrade to the SR-VC Turbo get the 2.0-liter Variable Compression Turbo (VC-Turbo^™) DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine with 248 horsepower and 273 lb. ft. of torque. Even with the turbo, the Altima gets a respectable EPA-estimated fuel economy of 25/34. Along with the upgraded engine, the SR-VC Turbo has a standard power sliding glass moonroof that is also available on the SR trim.

The SR models have the same driver’s assist features as the SV trim. The two SR models come with Apple CarPlay^® integration and Android Auto^™, as well as two USB and USB-C ports. The SR-VC Turbo has Active Noise Cancellation for a pleasantly quiet drive.

SL & Platinum

The top of the line trims are the SL and the Platinum. The SL takes the SV to the next level, with an upgraded Bose Premium Audio System with nine speakers. Both the SL and Platinum have Remote Engine Start System with Intelligent Climate Control. They also have Nissan Door to Door Navigation with 5-year trial access to Premium Traffic, SiriusXM^® Traffic and Travel Link^®, and NissanConnect^® Services.

The Platinum Nissan Altima configuration is the only trim with Intelligent AWD, which gets an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 25/35. Both the Nissan Altima 2.5 SL and Platinum trims have leather-appointed, heated seats, as well as a luxurious heated steering wheel.
