Customer For Life Service

Rewards Program


BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM:

The following is an all-inclusive and comprehensive list of what the dealership provides to you at no additional charge under the Program:

Tire Rotation for Life - Bring your vehicle in every 7,500 miles for a tire rotation, and the dealership will rotate your tires. Vehicles with more than four tires are excluded from this portion of the program.

Multi-Point Inspections for Life - Schedule your vehicle with an appointment in the service department and the dealership will perform a multi-point inspection. Any repairs required or revealed by the inspection are your cost and responsibility. Limit only one per 12-month period or 15,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Lifetime Tire Replacement Guarantee - This dealership will replace any tire(s) on your vehicle with tire(s) equivalent to those on the vehicle on the purchase date when their tread depth worn to 3/32", or below, due to normal wear and tear. Subject to availability, the exact make/model tire or a comparable tire will be installed. Tire(s) prematurely worn due to improper inflation, alignment or damaged due to road hazards are not eligible for repair and/or replacement under this Agreement. All maintenance services that are recommended and/or required by the manufacturer and/or dealership, including tire rotation and balance, must be performed at this dealership within 500 miles of each interval in order to maintain your eligibility for Lifetime Tire Replacement. The customer is responsible for the cost to mount, balance and align the vehicle. This portion of the program excludes any vehicles with over 75,000 miles on the odometer at the time of sale, commercial vehicles, any fleet vehicles or vehicles for commercial purposes.

The terms and provisions of this Document, the Program, and the Lifetime Limited Tire Guarantee are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser of the vehicle from our dealership. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS DOCUMENT AND THE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE SERVICE REWARDS PROGRAM AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.

The CUSTOMER FOR LIFE SERVICE REWARDS PROGRAM at no additional charge from the dealership listed above (the "dealership"). The Program is only in affect if you have signed and obtained a copy of this document that is countersigned by an authorized representative of the dealership. It applies only to you, the card holder, and is no longer valid once you transfer or assign the vehicle in any way. The Program is governed by and is in effect only if you fully comply with all of the terms of the Program as outlined in this document. Certain restrictions may apply; see dealership for additional details.

  1. Definitions.


    • "You" and "your" means the "Card Holder" identified above.

    • "Us" and "our" means the Dealership listed above.

    • "Breakdown" means the immediate and apparent total failure of any Covered Part to work as it was designed to work in normal service.

    • "Covered Part" means any part of the vehicle listed under section B, "What This Agreement Covers".

    • "Covered Vehicle" means the covered vehicle identified above.


  1. What this Agreement Covers.

Lifetime Tire Replacement Agreement- This dealership will replace any tire(s) on your vehicle with tire(s) equivalent to those on the vehicle on the purchase date when their tread depth worn to 3/32", or below, due to normal wear and tear. Subject to availability, the exact make/model tire or a comparable tire will be installed. Each tire manufacture has rated its tires for the number of miles the tire should last with proper care and maintenance. If a tire does not meet the mileage the manufacture recomends, the customer will be issued a credit for the remaining tread depth on the tire. For example, if a tire with a 50,000 mile manufactures tire life fails at 25,000 tires. The customer will be credited 50% because half of the tread was worn. Tire(s) prematurely worn due to improper inflation, racing, alignment or damaged due to road hazards are not eligible for repair and/or replacement under this Agreement. All maintenance services that are recommended and/or required by the manufacturer and/or dealership, including tire rotation and balance, must be performed at this dealership within 500 miles of each interval in order to maintain your eligibility for Lifetime Tire Replacement. Under no circumstance will we pay for or reimburse you for any tire replacement or analysis performed by anyone other than the dealership listed above, regardless of the circumstances or location of the vehicle at the time of tire replacement. All repairs MUST receive prior authorization from "Us". You MUST allow us to inspect your Covered Vehicle prior to authorization of any repairs.

  1. Duration of This Agreement


Subject to your compliance with the conditions set forth in the section D, "What You Must Do To Keep This Agreement in Effect", this agreement lasts for as long as you own the Covered Vehicle. Coverage under this agreement terminates if you sell or transfer, in any way, the Covered Vehicle. This agreement is not transferable.


  1. What You Must Do To Keep This Agreement in Effect.


To maintain your agreement in effect, you must comply with all of the following conditions:


  • You must change oil and the oil filter and rotate the tires of the Covered Vehicle listed above and in STRICT accordance with the Manufacturer's and/or Dealer's recommendations, and you must have all scheduled work performed in a timely fashion. You MUST have this work performed by our service department.


  • You must bring your Covered Vehicle into the dealership listed above for all regularly scheduled maintenance in STRICT accordance with the Manufacturer's and/or Dealer's recommendations, and you must have all scheduled work performed in a timely fashion. You MUST have this work performed by our service department.


  • You MUST return the Covered Vehicle to the dealership for a re-certification inspection at oil change intervals as recommended by the manufacturer and/or dealer. The inspections will be performed at no charge to you. If the inspection discloses excessive tire wear or other operational problems associated with or affecting the Covered Parts that are not otherwise covered by this agreement, but could, if not remedied, result in a covered Breakdown, you must remedy such malfunctions or problems at your expense promptly after the inspection is completed (or immediately if recommended by us). You MUST have such remedial work performed by our service department. Failure to STRICTLY abide by these terms voids the agreement. Remedial work will be performed by us at published rates.


  • You MUST refrain from altering, tampering with, or replacing the vehicle identification number or the odometer of the Covered Vehicle. If for any reason the odometer fails to work as intended, you must immediately have it repaired at your expense. If you fail to perform any of the above conditions, this agreement shall be null and void.


  1. How to obtain Your Agreement Service:


  • You must make arrangements to deliver the Covered Vehicle to our service department for tire replacement services and present this agreement.

  • The cost of any and all tire replacement services performed by any person or repair facility other than our service department will not be reimbursed under this agreement and will void your coverage under this agreement.


  1. Other Important Agreement Provisions:


  • If the original manufacturer's agreement relating to the Covered Vehicle has been transferred to you, or another service contract may be in place, you must first obtain all repairs of the Covered Parts under the manufacturer's agreement or other service before this agreement will apply. This agreement is secondary to any other agreement that may apply.

  • This agreement is governed by the terms of this document, and does not change, alter or extend any other agreements,. Express or implied, including without limitation any agreement of merchantability or agreement of fitness for a particular purpose.

  • This agreement may not be changed or altered in any way without the express written consent of the dealership listed above. Oral statements made by any representative of the dealership listed above that purport to add to, supplement, or alter the terms of this document are not binding; only written statements signed by an authorized representative of the dealership listed above may change, add to, alter, or supplement the terms of this document.

  • This agreement is issued exclusively to you, subject to the terms herein, with respect to the vehicle identified above and remains in effect only for so long as you own the above vehicle.

  • In order to keep this agreement in effect, you must STRICTLY comply with the terms of this document, including without limitation the provisions of Sec D "What You Must Do To Keep This Agreement in Effect".

  • All work covered by this agreement must be performed by the dealership listed above.
