    Locally owned & operated for over 50 years. Tri-State Nissan was founded  in 1948 as George Washington Garage and later became known as G.W. Motors, selling Lincoln-Mercury in downtown Winchester. The Nissan (Datsun) Brand was added in 1968. The Dealership relocated in 1978 to its current location. In 2000 G.W. officially changed its name to Tri-State Nissan with the elimination of Lincoln- Mercury Brand.

    On The Lot.....I have been the auto business for 16 years, 15 years with Tri-State Nissan (formerly G.W. Motors) I was a sales consultant for 4 years during which time I learned all I could about every aspect of the business and was promoted to General Sales Manager in January 2000.  I have dedicated much of my time and efforts to helping people meet there automotive needs at prices they can afford.  Next time you come in, stop in and say Hi!!     Off The Lot....I was Born in Beckley, WV and I moved from there to Loudoun County whichdidnt last long. My folks moved to good ol' Clarke County and I have been there ever since.I loved growing up in a small town and wouldnt change it for the world! GO CCHS EAGLES!!!!! My personal life consists of spending time with my beautiful fiance' Samantha watching Sports, listening to music, watching movies and traveling. I can't stand a pushy salesmen which is why I take more of a laid back approach to sales. Let's face it not many people like the whole buying experience, that's way I try to make the buying experience fun and painless.
     
    Off the Lot....I've lived in the Shenandoah Valley my whole life, I graduated from Central High in 03'. And from there I went to Wyotech and took basic automotive, high performance and chassis fab, graduating in 04'.  If I'm not at work then I'm more than likely in the garage with my friends building something crazy! This past year I've gotten into motorcycles and am planning to build my first cafe racer/bobber this winter, wish me luck! I've always been a car guy, anything with a motor, wheels and goes fast and I'm there!!

    On The Lot......I'm the "DX" (dealer exchange) guy and shuttle driver, when a customer needs a particular vehicle, sales will find it in the five state area and I'll go and get it and bring it back  to close the deal.  Those of you needing shuttle service while your vehicle is being serviced is another Tri-State Nissan customer service feature...I'll drop you off at work, home, shopping, etc. and when your vehicle is finished pick you up.
     
    Off The Lot.....In my "youth"  I worked for Chrysler Corp as Manager, Shows, Exhibits and Special Events, eventually I continued on in the Fairs and Exposition Business internationally. I finally retired, moved to southwest Florida,  after eleven years moved back to Winchester to be with our kids where there are seasons, mountains and valleys with ice and snow...and no "love bugs"
